The first one helps him to explore and acquire where as the second one leads him to liberation.

Posted by: Mr. M.S.Reddy At: 8, Nov 2003 12:19:42 PM IST we can stop raising of new desires if we turn towards spiritual way of life without deviating from our worldly duties.
Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 8, Nov 2003 12:17:09 PM IST Human wants are unlimited and the means to satisfy human wants are limited - basing on this economic theory fulfilment of one want give rises to another want so if we can satisfy with one want another want takes its place ,and this continues as endless chain.
Develop desires to put a stop to this chain by diverting our attention to have permanent satisfaction where no new want arises in its place. It is possible only if our attention is diverted towards permanent solution and the only alternative to that is to turn our attention towards spitir in us than to matter in us.
