whom were part of it, including the legislation ? Just a warning note on a cigarett pack( Smoking is injurious to health and is the main cause of many lung diseases) will release the liability of the manufacturer. I don't think there is any warning note on liquors. Only an age restriction those who are above 18 are authorized to buy such things.
