Ur statement or the saying above may be true in olden days,when wives were mere 'housewives'.Nowadays in most cases, both husband and wife are working and both well educated to understand.So there is no more curiosity(of marraige) left in women,nor there is any luxury left for men.When they come home after work,as wife also comes from work , both share the responsibilities.
