It wont have any effect on the people who are illiterate . As most of the eligible voters in india are illiterates, and educated people dont bother and care to exercise their right( there are exceptions ),
its obvious that it wont make any difference.

It triggered a controversy and raised many questions on Criminalization of Politics. Irrespective of such implications, what is the influence of it on present day voters? Can it make any difference?
