General Forum: Govt. and Politics | | Is the decision of UPA to change the governors appointed by NDA, a right one? | |
| Well some times we are emotional like our telugu films; Most of the discussions takes place in this direction.
The question is related to " ADMINISTRATION" more or less.
We are bound to constitution and the ruling govt; The basic requirements are fullfilled or complied while appointing and as well as dismissal of governors?
Now the reference can be given / mentioned regarding the concerned article in our constitution;
If not so there is urgent need for amendment.

UPA appointed new governors for the states Gujarat, Haryana, Goa and Uttarapradesh after dismissing the governors appointed by NDA. Is this a right decision? Is this a good practice?
