Where is Kay? She's missing ever since she was designated as a 'judge' !
How long should we wait?
Should we just vote among ourselves (except to our own)? or should we select a new judge?

all adventures start like this nantho - first you start from scrap, then you realize the flaws and go for finetuning to make a good product and all the other things go in-between!
so we've got to come up with a rules-list finally for the Caption Contest! :-) and then voting for rules, and conformance with the judge etc or go for a 'Dictator' whose word is final! :P
