Does someone really care about Democracy and Ethics? Curtailing Expressions is not related to Defamation and I am talking about Defamation ..
Dont u think I can be sued if I open a website and start defaming somebody?

But I think there is a law in the US to sue the websites oif they carry out malacious propaganda .. lemme check Heeee heee

The discussions on the other threads made me think about it ... Can tp.com be sued if there is a case of Defamation ???
(I havent seen any disclaimer from the Owners of the site saying that they dont own the opinions posted on Discussion boards)
May be the site admin can participate in this dicsussion too (A Reverse invitiation?)
