General Forum: Current 'Affairs' | Should Camera Phones be Banned in India? | |
| You got me 100% right Mr Nagesh.
If we focus a camera, those women or girls get alert and adjust themselves and hide their private parts from being photographed(just watching doesn't cause much of damage but taking a snap of their private parts can lead to any extent, we know about men). And that is easy with camera phone.

Even if I vouch for Ban, it ain't gonna happen.
Posted by: Mr. Naaketeleedu Neekenduku At: 8, Dec 2004 0:26:10 AM IST Hey hey what I said ws this ... ( I cant be more explicit) .. consider this ( Its just an example ..)
Suppose a woman is standing in a Bus stop .. sunddenly therez a strong wind that dispaces her clothes a lil for a moment. A guy standing opposite to her clicks a photograph with his cam phone, but the lady is not aware that she has been photographed ..
She does not intend to give any pose in this case, yet is subjected to embarrassment (And mind you such things happen more in India than in the West)
.. I was talking in the above context

its a case where the lady is not aware that she is being photographed .."
Rowdy, then such things can't happen at all, atleast in the context of India. I don't think Indian females have grown up to such an extent where in they give up some nasty poses bang on the middle of a place where in everyone's waiting with a cellphone to get a nasty pic of someone.
This works terribly well only with the US girlz i think. If such a person really exists then i bet he won't have an own house for himself, coz to get nasty n stimulating pics he has to hide in somebody's house everyday n do his master work with absolute craftsmanship and intelligence.
those 2 qualities are for
1. to get a pic of the right area he's aiming for lol
2. to see to it that nobody gets an eye on him..lolz hahah
Posted by: Janakiram Lakkapragada At: 7, Dec 2004 10:36:49 PM IST ? Before givin such poses she should be aware of the repercussions of such things

Posted by: Malakpet Rowdy At: 7, Dec 2004 10:29:07 PM IST Hey Rowdy, howdy u?
See if my relative is of such a type(luscious etc) then why not if she's interested? Before givin such poses she should be aware of the repercussions of such things. lol by God's grace i don't have such public types in my family tree hahah lol, i was kidding.
But one thing i cna say for sure is, i won't watch that pic, thats all in my hands. Baaki sab us moron aur bhagvan ke haath mein hi hai:)
Posted by: Janakiram Lakkapragada At: 7, Dec 2004 10:25:57 PM IST I'm not trying to argue for or against the ban ... but Janakiram, would your reaction be the same if a relative of yours is photographed in a nasty way and that image is circulated to all the cell fones?
Posted by: Malakpet Rowdy At: 7, Dec 2004 10:09:08 PM IST hello Nagesh, i haven't misunderstood BB or anyone who already commented before me. Ok, even taking a pic of the boobs is someone's personal interest. If, we ban such things are we not violating the freedom of the cellphone holder?
Also if someone doesn't show us this kind of stuff like boobs etc(as u mentioned) why would crappy pics flow into someone's phone?
So, if people, by their own conscience, don't put up lousy poses in public, then there would be no way in which such crappy pics would creep into the cellphone.
So, i don't think there's something to be banned in this. what say people?
