Hello Yugaji and Ananthji, If we discuss about social work here, it will divert the topic of tsunami discussion. So I posted my views here. http://in.geocities.com/ulprasanthi/views.html

Bandar (Machilipatnam), the worst affected town due to Tsunami, happens to be my Dad's native my uncle and cousins still live there. If it sounds okay then I can get some first hand information, from my cousins living at Bandar, on the amount of destruction, kind of help needed and if possible, the families that are in real need. This way, I feel, the relief work is better planned. What say people?

Hello Ananthji, How are you? Yes. You have done a great job. The satisfaction we get, is utmost when we do these kind of things. I am also very interested to do something for the society. Atlast I proposed my M.Sc. friends (we are a group forever) to donate some fund every month from our salaries and use it for the right cause and spend directly for the right purpose. I am yet to receive a response from them. Ofcourse this is not for Tsunami. It is a regualr one. I am sure these kind of things would make a difference in some lives and those people also will serve the society and I am sure when such people increase in number, this world will become a better place to live in. Let us do our best.
