What is there to substantiate? Before joing the organisations, many are just like any man who enjoy life. Even once worked in those organisations, simply continue their enjoyment. Even after leaving the organisations, they enjoy. I know some people who worked in those organisations. They even spend lot of money for 'that'. What actually they do while working in those organisations, they simply promote their business and self-interests, but preach philosophy no where mentioned in ancient texts. There are no real communal riots in India, actually it's a clash of business interests. Some people just can't have sex with beautiful girls. Hence during these so called communal riots, they simply go and rape them giving it communal colour.
