PEOPLESOFT Lead for Labor Output Reports!!
RATE# Max $60 Incl. of all Expenses
LOCATION# OAKLAND, CA

Somebody who knows how money flows through an organization
Identify all current Labor reports and those needed in the new labor
system. Determine business requirements for to be reports and ensure
that these requirements are accurately and completely incorporated
into functional and technical design documents. Obtain business user
sign off on functional design documents. Determine impact of
PeopleSoft and chart of accounts conversion on downstream SAS users
and develop/enact a transition plan to the new environment. Develop
report testing strategy and detailed test plan. Engage appropriate
business users in UAT and BCT (Business Capability Testing) and
lead/manage all report testing activities for the business community.
Other responsibilities as needed, which may include some involvement
with client's regions outside of California. Fulfilling these
responsibilities will require setting up and leading meetings as well
as participation in various project status, strategy and review
meetings.
The candidate should have accounting/finance experience and knowledge
of business reporting needs.
It is anticipated that this assignment will extend into the first
quarter of 2006.
The standard work week will be 40 hours.
Any hours in excess of 40 in a week must be approved in advance.
