If someobody wants to do something for their people, even 2 crores is good amount to start with for each MP.

Two crore is not enough for any activity unless 10 to 15 MLA quota clubbed to gether to make a project !

Somehow i expect our journalist friends to help, i understand each MP is entitled to Rs.2 crores to develop his/her constituency. Hope they throw some light on both the issues.
