Good attempt, Mr.Vachaspathi.Even the governmet is also doing a lot through the Aids control society.The organisation is at Koti in the campus of the office of the Directorate of Medical and Health.Recently a Holywood Actor from US had visited Hyderabad city to campaign and have open talks about Aids/HIV.He had even inaugurated some Clinics for the treatment of these patients.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) is also sending medicines to India and also putting in efforts in collaboration with the Government of India and also the benevolent people to completely eradicate
Aids/HIV.I have learnt through one of my friends who is a Doctor who has specialised in the treatment of Aids/HIV patients that it would cost Rs.4000/- per month to one patient for the treatment, but only to increase the patients life span for a period of 15 to 20 years.
This organisation/society is also making arangements to supply the above medicines to the patients at certain centres free of cost.All that a patient has to do is that he has to spend some money for his travel/conveyance to the centre and collect the medicines.Not only this there are some NGOs established to test AIDS/HIV (Blood test etc)free of cost.This matter is also being printed/advertised on the reverse of Rail Tickets, hoardings, wall posters etc.
If you are writing such articles in the interest of the society, I will give the addresses of those clinics or doctors who give treatment and other details if you need.

Journalists and writers tend to have reactionary mind-set and hence, they react for their surroundings wherever the law has broken or violence irrupted with no reason, corrupton etc. I also wrote articles on Politics...and now, I am going to attempt on HIV/AIDS.
