| More Tips:
1. Be regular & puntual
2. The glucose produced dueto oil/ fats are much more compared to sugar intake.
3. You can loose weight to gain health.
4. Add health by happy living
5. Evening take good exercise and morning do half hour YOGA to release stress build yesterevening.
6. Fresh fruits leaves are better; Eat like rabbit live like Lion.
7. Getup before sunrise and don't set alarm six o' clock in the morning; It's too late
8. Don't eat dinner after 10o' clock it's too early for breakfast.
9. Healthy man sleeps for six hours; You have to live for the rest of the hours.
10. Remember nothing can save in the world except a little exercise which can be performed today may not tomorrow.

1. Break the fast early and heavy; 0600 hrs but not later than 0700 hrs; avoid mutton, beef , ghee, butter; best boiled items and fresh vegetables and fruit juices
2. Some snacks with out oil around 0900 hrs
3. Have a light lunch by 1200 hrs
4. Snacks around 1600 hrs
5. Dinner very light by 1930 hrs
Early dinner good for digestion; After a dinner take brisk walk for 40 minutes; You will get tired and sleep well.
Hogh intake food produce more Glucose than a sugar does; The glucose produced by fatty food is much more dangerous than the glucose produced by sugar it self;
Today onwards control your diet and strat walking continuously for 40 minutes; This will keep heart beat rate high allowing more enrichment of oxygen into blood and pumping blood to all parts of the body including feet; This is the main concern where a diabetic do not get sufficient blood to foot and causing early damage of nerves and it';s cells;
Keep walking 10000 steps day
