Yesterday I saw ETV news in which Devender Gouda crying made a issue of social welfare hostels and it's public health.
I doubt whether he has any idea about the norms for number toilets for a hostel.
1. Number of wash basins/ ten students = ??
2. Number of bath rooms / ten students = ??
3. Number of european closets/ ten students= ??
4. Drinking water capacity / 100 student hostels. How frequently the tanks are cleaned?
5. Sqft area / student in a room
6. Laundry facility??
7. Catering people health?
8. Catering/ food serving do have health certificate? Do they use hand gloves??
9. Catering supervisor do have HAACP certificate?
10. Do they have enogh food staorage facility with freezers, ventilation????
Mr. Devender Gouda not ever of any thing about the public health how he could have complied during TDP term???????????Mr. Devender accepting his failure in the public. Getting into the power alone is not the solution to devlop the standards of social welfare hostels.
Making an issue does not solve the problems. His idea to cash the problems interms of vores in the coming elections. He just wanted publicity, instead of that he could have made at least standardization of hostels.
Make standards for hostels and start implement the standards.
It's a long journey.
