| If every intellectual and service minded individual avoids joining politics then he/she is proving the famous saying 'politics is the last resort of a scoundrel'

Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 15, Dec 2006 10:37:34 PM IST Personally and as a fan of Dr.Chiranjeevi, i will be happy if Chiranjeevi do not enter into politics. there is nothing to do good. there is no chance of doing good with political power.he has to do everything on pressures, selfish reasons if he get political power. from illiterate to every common man may throw stones (worst comments) on him.Dr. Chiranjeevi should choose respectful life by not enter into politics. politics is most worst field.
Posted by: Mr. ravisankar manyam At: 15, Dec 2006 10:57:24 AM IST NTR : JEWEL IN THE CROWN OF AP POLITICS
NTR’s is the biggest , the most dramatic & Colourful story of POLITICAL SUCCESS in Post Independence A.P.Politics. Though his contribution to Telugu identity & Telugu Cinema is well known, I personally feel his contribution to the strengthening of A.P. Political System is supreme. He laid the foundation for the Two party system in AP. Before his arrival the AP political scene was as barren as Sub Saharan Africa. He gave Political baptism to thousands of young men and created a parallel party structure across the state , which at leaste , as of date is, intact. In an attempt to reciprocate the immense love Telugus bestowed on him, he introduced Welfare measures , whose benefits are being continued/felt even after two decades. He changed the Political idiom of the state single handedly.
The sad end to his success story is a poor reflection of the People surrounding him and in no way diminishes his position as the “Jewel in the Crown” of AP Politics.

Posted by: Mr. Yama Kinkarudu At: 13, Dec 2006 8:29:27 PM IST Actors are entertainers, let them entertain us and they will be very happy.
Mr.Chiranjivee will be very happy if he is left alone. Why would he risk his name, fame and image , by getting into Gutter Politics. Has this uncomplicated man ,ever give signs of entering politics. What is the basis for this baseless speculation.
Any way , which actor would want to get into politics after seeing what Politics did to mighty NTR. He entered as a king into politics and died a sad & broken hearted man, betrayed by people whom he trusted. That is what Politics is all about.
