| I will vote in the elections basing on their record of good governance, whether it is BJP or Congress, or Left or whatsoever. And at the same time, I will uphold my Right to Freedom of Expression and encourage others to do so, and will not carried by dictums or anxioms of orthodox sections. I am a Hindu, but that doesn't mean I hurt by just pantings or writings. Mere Paintings and writings just can not hurt a real Hindu. There are real issues in India like POverty, Malnutrition, unemployment, corruption, increasing rate of crime, juvenile delinquecy etc. Let us address these things, instead of arguing on expulsion of MF Hussain or Taslima Nasrin.

By the by, when did Congress respect Hindu sentiment, or even Indian sentiment for that matter?
Many might have forgotten the 'Rabat' episode by now, wherein the then External Affairs minister Fakr. Ali Ahmed was sent as a 'delegate' to the Rabat Muslim conference. His Pakistani counterpart threatened to boycot the meeting if this man were to be present in that meeting. So, this gentleman had to come back with a pale face, without participating in that 'Muslim conference' (What a secular country has got to do with an Islamic Conference is still a million dollar question!). All this was our 'Indiramma's making'. (Of course, this same old man was made president of India later, again thanks to that 'Amma'!)
What this party (Pl. do not mistake that it is Indian National Congress - it died in 1978 or so when the then President of the 'original' Congress, Mr. Brahmananda Reddy wound it up and joined the Congress-I lock stock & barrel. Today's Indian National Congress is a 'misnomer'.) continues to do is appeasement of Muslims by projecting them as a separate entity away from the main stream.
The mystery is that still this cheap ploy is working to some extent.

In 2007, Communist Kerala Government felicitated painter M.F.Hussain with 2007 Raja Ravi Varma Award. MF Hussain has disrespected Hindu Gods and Goddesses in his paintings. Hussain's inappropriate paintings can be found at the following link http://www.sanatan.org/hussaincampaign/painting.php. MF Hussain shows contempt for Hindu sentiment and refuses to withdraw his painitings of Hindu gods and goddesses.
The same MF Hussain who has utter disregard for Hindu sentiment, shows sensitivity for Muslim opinion. In 2004, he quickly withdrew his film Meenaxi, a day after some Muslim organisations raised objections to one of the songs in it. On October 9, 2006 Congress Prime Minister Manmohan Singh disregards the Hindu sentiment - and greets MF Hussain and meets him in London.
All in the name of religious freedom and artistic expression! Then why did Congress and Communists give a warning to Taslima Nasreen -- You must have guessed by now. Because she is judged to have hurt Muslim sentiment.
On Nov 24,2007 congress, Left led UNPA issued a warning to Taslima. The UNPA also asked the author to apologise for her controversial writings. Taslima was attacked by MIM activists in Hyderabad. MIM vows to implement ‘fatwa’ against Taslima. Congress governmentt in Andhra Pradesh, maintained a deafening silence. The Andhra police released the politicians involved very quickly, and then filed a case against Taslima over the charge of insulting religious feelings. On Nov 22, 2007 CPM West Bengal state secretary Biman Bose said Taslima should leave Kolkata.
Why did not a single Congress or Communist leader ask MF Hussain to leave the country? Or atleast ask him to apologize?
Why do Congress and Left show utter insult to Hindus - and show sensitivity only to Muslim sentiment?
Is this the Congress that Gandhi ji dreamed of?- Hey Ram..
Let us show Congress and Left that they cannot have double standards - Lets Vote them out of power in 2009.

Andhra Pradesh will be going for elections in 2009. We have to convince as many voters to vote against Congress and Left, as possible. We plan to make pamplets on the "Congress Insult to the Hindus' and distribute them to the people of Andhra Pradesh during election time.
We are not against any particular community. We are working to convey to the Congress and Left that selective appeasement of a particular community for votes - creates ill feelings and not good for secularism. Our efforts will strengthen justice and equality for all.Its our honest promise to the brothers and sisters of India.
