Body is the instrument given to the soul to undergo the effects of karma so that it can reach the state of permanent existance without body .This permanent existance is possible to attain only with body to complete the bhog of all sanskars of previous births and stoppage of formation of new sanskars in this birth. So body is essential to attain state of liberation and beyond too.One need to lead a life of insignificance to lose the body consciousness leading to the state of liberation in this life itself if practises the sahajmarg sadhana of life which is very easy and simple.

Both have different meanings. liberation n 1: the act of liberating someone or something [syn: release, re•lease To set free from confinement, restraint, or bondage or To free from something that binds, fastens, or holds back; salvation n 1: (Christianity) the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil [syn: redemption redemption n 1: (Christianity) the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil [syn: salvation] The meanings are as per dictionary.com

Anupama garu namaste!Moksham is salvation and mukti is liberation. As a matter of fact one need to try only for liberation and beyond liberation. The best and easiest way is to do anything or think of anything only after offering it to God thinking that it is He who is doing or thinking but not you or me.It may seem difficult in the beginning but once you perfect this practice then you can experience the difference. This is the age old practice of our elders who attained highest spiritual states during their lifetime itself .

Namaste to all! from now on i will try to participate regularly . Talking about Moksham , if anybody remembers we have already discused abt it. Just to remind all i will repeat my statement. Moksham is a brief break of the series of births for a while and the soul has to take another birth in this state as it can not survive without body.Every one has a chance of getting moksham by leading a life of purity in thought and action(Like deposit) and gets back to the earth to complete his un fulfilled karmas. But if some how one can exhaust his karmas by undergoing their effect in this life itself and stop creating new sanskars(Karmas) then there is every chance for one to get Mukti(Liberation) and there is no scope to get back to earth to take another birth. So it is in our own hands to attain moksham or mukti.
