question poorthigaa chadhivaaraa......?
Posted by: Raj Sekhar At: 25, Jun 2003 3:47:45 PM IST next one :
on an island, there live three tribes,
the Truthers always answer truthfully,
the Liars always falsely
and the Alternators alternate true and false answers.
on ur first visit to the island,u come across a tribes-man.
how will u,in just one question, determine the tribe he belongs to?
Posted by: Raj Sekhar At: 25, Jun 2003 3:40:33 PM IST yaaa....nenu chadhivaanu, andhuke adigaanu
folding it 50 times,it becomes 2 to the power 50 times(1125899906842624) which is a little more than million billion sheets...
if we tak,at the min,150 sheets to an inch, ten million sheets will be about a mile thick,50 folds to a newspaper sheet makes will make it a hundred million miles thick - more than the distance from the earth to the sun.
nine folds less or,in case the paper is twice as thick, just forty folds will take us to the moon;as eac fold takes no longer than it does to wink,we will get to the moon in just forty winks!
Posted by: Raj Sekhar At: 25, Jun 2003 3:22:29 PM IST its not possible to fold a paper on another fold for 50 times. but, u can fold and remove again fold u can do for 50 time. if that continuous folding is possible for 50times then the thickness will be equal to the distance of earth to moon
Posted by: Mr. Prakash At: 25, Jun 2003 3:13:54 PM IST U cannot fold a paper more than 7 times.....try chesi choodandee.....ninne ekkado chadivi try chesaanu.......nammadanike ascharyamgaa vundhi kanee nijame.....
