thanks sir that means the property which is a source of income cannot be sold without the permission of the family members (though owned by him). So family members can claim a case against the person if he sold the property without the consent of his family memebers in future. Then how can one differentiate wheteher the property is a source of income or not? Agricultural lands (with no crops)commercial lands (with no growth)cannot become a source of income for the family. What about this?

Madam, Properties like shares, agricultural lands, commercial complexes etc. standing in the name of a husband and if they are his self acquired properties, the husband can sell them without the consent of his wife or other family members. However, if any agricultural lands or any shop/commercial complex or any other property by or through which the whole family is dependent for its living, the husband cannot sell them without the consent of his wife or his family members even though they might be his self acquired properties. This is natural justice and equity.

First statement is 100% violation against state law. I can't sue for a million why because it is not Indian numerical denomination.

One can sell a self acquired property which is in his name, without anybody's consent. However, if it is a dwelling house which is a self acquired property and if himself and his wife, children and other family members are wholly living in it, the husband cannot sell it without the consent of the wife. This is natural justice and equity. The wife can seek a direction from the Court directing the husband not to alienate. And also if there is only one dwelling house and even if the family members are not living in it for some or other reason also the wife can stop the husband from selling it.
