By the way, Grandpa has given me PDA. I don't know how to use it. I wish to learn and use it too.

I want to buy a new cell phone. I can afford upto Rs. 15k. Let me know which model of which company would be the best choice.
My wishes are :
Organizer (To Do List, Calendar, Phone Book etc.,)
Voice Recorder - To record voice and set it to the corresponding entry in the phone book.
Camera Phone - Assign photos to the numbers.
Data Cable (to transfer photos to the system) (This is must)
Optional: FM Radio
I need not want email options as I will not be using it for mails.
