this puzle is for those who didn't read 'Vennello adapilla'
This is to find name of herione. it's of 5 english leters. first two leters are 'RA'. puzzle is to find remaining 3 leters.
put 26 dots in a circle. write 3 at a dot, go in clockwise direction and write 4 on the 12th dot and write 5 on next to next dot. finally number of dots between 3 and 4 is 11, 4 and 5 is 1. Now alphabets in clockwise dir (a to Z) starting from any dot. u will get the name of herione.

Hi Rajashekhar Garu , maybe this might be the solution , the man thinks that 7 8 9 , i.e seven ate nine , so there are no 8 , 9 floor in elevator , and so goes but staircase.
This might seem very silly also..

his height doen't support him to press button for 10th floor, it is sufficient to press button for 7th floor only
