This about the murder commited or not by Jayendra saraswathi.
what have missionaries and CPIM not encouraging dalits have nothing to do with jayendra's murdering.
They should be criticized. That doesnt make Jayendra a less criminal.
He conveniently killed and pushed aside the person who questioned his ways of life as a hindu and the person also said he will go to court against Jayendra.
Circumstantial evidence tells Jayendra is involved in killing. (He might not kill directly).
HE spoke to a few rowdies the day before the murder.
Those are good enough reasons for be to believe he killed. You are entitled to your belief that he did not kill. I have seen enough many fake swamis to believe that he is innocent.

I am agast that you are taking the shelter of so called Vedic Scriptures while referring to Swamiji's China Tour!! I suppose, you don't believe in all this.
For your information, Swamiji is the only person who has radical view about religion and untouchability. Had it not been true, he wouldn't have initiated himself to sit alongwith other religious heads.
BTW, what is wrong if one has to cross seven seas to spread the message of peace? What is Sankaraman's problem, if Swamiji visits China. Can't you make out Sankarraman's mean minded-ness to stop Swamiji from visiting China? Haven't you heard of Swami Vivekananda's speech in Chicago?
If you are equating Swamiji with other SELF PROCLAIMED SAINTS viz. Chandra Swami, Dheerendra Brahmachaari, you are totally wrong. He was groomed to be a saint after a training of 3 decades.

Hinduism is not a prostelysing culture - as such its not a religion - it should not matter as long as you worship your own God .. liek Christians, Hindus Dont have any targets to Convert people ..
in fact according to one interpretation anything thats Indian is considered Hindu - any thing that sborn in india is considered hindu .. well its up to the scholars to clarify this

IF SANKARACHARYA IS AQUITTED IN THIS CASE BY THE COURT .. CAN TELUGUPEOPLE.COM BE SUED FOR DEFAMING HIM (I DONT SEE ANY DISCLAIMER FROM THE ADMIN SAYING THAT THE INDIVIDUALS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OPINION) HE HEHE ..
IF SO .. FOR HOW MUCH AMOUNT?
DOES THE LAW RELATED TO PRESS OR OTHER MEDIA (DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS CALLED) COVER THIS ASPECT TOO?

He is in the jail neways and let the law take its own course .. NOBODY is above law and oif he is guilty then he must be punished .. no doubt about it .. but what if he is found NOT guilty .. who must be held responsible for this act of defamation?
