1. (A x A) - A = 42
Find all the values of 'A' that satisfy the above equation!
2. 1 + 2 - 3 = 139
There is shortage of ink in the fountain pain, use minimum number of strokes to make the above equation valid

It was observed that that a century does not start with a Sunday, Wednesday or a Friday, can you prove it?
With this, one will get a good scoop on leap years!

10/12 - 2nd: Peter was dreaming about winning a lottery and becoming a millionnaire when his wife accidentally pushed him down the bed and he fell dead. There is something wrong in the above story, what is it?

Here's one more which I too dont know the answer...
Train Time
(Title to refer to while posting the answer in the answers' thread)
When Colonel Crackem said on the breakfast table to his cook that he had to catch the 12:50 train, the cook said that it is an odd time for any train to start!
We have to figure out why the cook said so!
