a short man used to stay in 10th floor of an apartment....he couldn't reach the button on the lift.....so he has to wait for the liftman or someone to help him out.....
that he was raining heavily and no one including the liftman was there......he waited for few minutes and then baorded the lift and went to his flat.......
solve the inconsistency in this puzzle
