If one wants to fulfil family obligations in these days of high inflation and ever increasing cost of life no doubt supplementary income from the better half is an added advantage but then not at the cost of health and happiness to her in addition to household duties.Of course if there is equal sharing of responsibilities by the couple is there then it is different!

i think both are important for qualified woman. She needs to prudent in proritizing which is more important at certain situations.

By the very nature of biological difference woman is more responsible than man in the family life due to the fact that child rearing needs woman than man and so eventhough we can not ignore the role of man ,we cannot neglect the role of woman in the family over man and hence she is needed most in the family on emotional grounds and he is needed on economic and social grounds

In these days of unitary family becoming the order of the day it is but advantageous to share the economic burden to some extent but in the process the woman loses her basic nature of nurturing and nursing the tender child which needs more mothrly care in early days till it is on its own to look after himself/herself!In Joint families (which are on the way to total disappearence)it may be possible to pursue career but not otherwise!So it is upto the lady in question to decide and follow rather than feel neglected if not sound economically by giving priority to houshold duties over her personal career.

women are the reason for every thing.wether it is good or bad.as for as my openion is concerned women should take cae of her family and career as well.this will happen when wife and husband have good understanding
