Now, we are not dealing alone with the people also with the machine and environment. So, environment is one of the external factors?
I call these external factors like soceity, community, traditions, etc.
The difference in dealing between you nad me because of the change in inputs.
Inputs
1. Knowledge
2. Skill
3. Atitude
Now you can explain which one of the above are you dealing ?

our dealings with other people and situations are external factors and we ourselves have internal conflicting views which sometimes arise due to our own making . may be due to our childhopod grooming or surrounding environment we grow up!these are the factors that influence our personality and dealings with others.In a given situation i may react in one way and in the same situation u may react in a different way as it all depends on our impressions but not on the situation!

Lok at the thread so, complicated being simple. How could you expect in a life? Interferance of what with whom? What are the external factors do you mean exactly? Can you explain little bit with an appropriate example.

so the present problem is that we ourselves complicate things by our intereferance and blame external factors in case we confront obstacles! so don't get carried away by ur impressions but look at things as they are and then act according to the demand of the situation! i think i said enough for explanation!

If you interprete my this reply as reaction then u r mistaken me or misunderstood me for if i keep quiet u may say that i don't know what i am saying!what i mean when i said that we need to act but not react is we normally carried away by our impressions rather than the reality due to our limitesd thinking so when u allow things to take their own course they happen as they destine to happen without ur intereferance, and if u react counter actions start and it becomes complicated ultimately. and we need not react to others comments because they are their impressions only but not real!
