| First is DEATH PENALITY for any crime is suggestable.....Becasue what happens if the so said person really not commited the crime...CAN we give him back his life.....

Discouraged by parents, why? what could be the reason, probably they don't believe that the victim will not get any justice?
If a person is injured we will take to hospital after giving some firstaid (if possible).
Here a victim is afraid to go for justice?

the main purpose of punshment for a crime is to do justice to the victim and bring reformation to the criminal! if that is so what should be the punishment to the rapist?how the victim get justice?

It depends on the severity of the crime. This thread is raised because of the Swiss lady (36) raped by two persons in New Delhi.
In a remote area of a small village of Andhra Pradesh if a young girl is raped it's also treated as a rape.
If the rape is a severe crime let the Law decide the sentence.
