| Castism, suppression based on the caste are gone Doctor Madam! They were no more since long time. The success depends on so many issues, though the primary reason is Sincere Efforts, Hard Work and Timing. Timing means, doing the right thing at right time. This may be some times called as luck, but luck is different. Luck can be defined as being at the right place in the right time.
Well, now a days education became affordable, and hence, the parents/husband of those women were able to support these women in their studies. "mudital nErvagarAni vidya kalade muddAra nErpimpagan " annaTTu, kAsta chEyUtanistE chAlu kondaru ADALLu tappakunDA vijayam sAdhinchagalaru.
Why behind the scene for all these years? Good question. The reason is economy.

Phew!!!!it is not that so called caste makes them to come up like this, it is their intelligence and interest (bright, fair, ok, excel, extraordinary in their studies) ofcourse one should have enough finance also to support their studies, it is not only fits for a region of India it suits for all over world,
enough of having everything on name itself...............lol!!!!!!
