Did God suggested and supported Castism in Hindus

There is nothing called caste, being a human one should have basic sense to uproot this kind of system prevails in Idiotic India. Yes humans are same but each one has different mentality, when it comes in terms of general one should have all the good nature even if they dont have at least try to acquire some thing called "good for them and society". Absolutely "no rebirth" one who wants to hold a caste tag. It is really irritating how indian can come out with this kind of caste tag!!!!!! When Indian thinks that all are humans there is no so called discrimination between humans that time only India prosper!!! otherwise never!!!! Repeatedly discussing the same wont bring any outcome, there should be a change in mentality needed for most so called educated as well as one who dont have it. otherwise its like a "preaching something to some one"!!!!!!

Just wanted to share my ideas about religion and caste. Human mind can make these simple or complex topics. First, about Religion. Religion to me is a way of life.Except Hindu Religion, the origins of which are unknown, all the other religions were born during the times people didnt have direction in their lives. Umpteen books affirm the veracity of my statement. Taking a cue from that, I am presuming the same for Hindu Religion. You choose "a way of life" that suites best for you, that is easy to understand and easy to follow, so that it gives a direction for you in your life. My 1billion neurons are itching to splurge out more on this topic. But I will reserve for some other time. Regarding caste. You dont find caste system anywhere in the world. That doesnt make caste system barbaric. In fact I look at it as the first economic system based on social stratification known to mankind, 100s of years before the West learnt to even wear clothes. Yes, the evils perpetrated in the name of caste system for some altruistic ends, are indeed pathetic and disgusting. Caste System helped the trades based on skill flourish. We had the finest Jewellers, Black smiths, Gold Smiths, etc. All these trades required people, therefore, inter-caste marriages were discouraged. People who worked in tanneries and buthchers were kept away from the residential areas, to keep the smell and worms away. Selfishness made these people untouchables. Anyway, caste system was the only known economic model for us, and it worked well for us, until the English invaded us and other selfish elements used it to their benefit. In the modern world, do we still need it, when we can find a Brahmin barber or hair stylist or beautician? May be not. Unfortunately when caste system prevailed education was kept with one caste. All vedic knowledge was hoarded. I am not blaming any one..but even now, if you want to study vedas in the vedic school near Tirupathi, you have to be a Brahmin. In one of the foremost works on casteism by Gail Omvedt, 90% of the top beauracratic positions in the country are held by people belonging to a community that constitutes 8% of the population. I am not anti-anyone, nor am I spurring some other debate. The truth is, we continue to dominate and subjugate in the name of caste. Caste is a tool for political ends. It determines the vote bank. Take every political party in the country, it has atleast one prominant member from every caste. Do we really need highly qualified and educated people in the politics. I would say, no. We already have people like Chidambaram (educated abroad from fancy Harvard I guess)...all we need is people with some vision and will. Well, regarding the question, is Casteism suggested by God? I would say, no. The truth is in this: All the brahmins came from Brahma who is son of Vishnu, who in his incarnation as Krishna was a Yadav. Are Brahmins and Yadavs related !!?? It was just said to say that all castes are the same....People, wake up !!

I think so, if there is a rebirth. If there is a rebirth definetly reborn in the same caste.
