Kiranji,
First read the debates of the constituent Assembly that is eight to nine volumes. The constition was a perfect team work and matured democratic exercise. It's U ignorant of the essence, not me. I enjoyed the reading of those books, when I was in A.U. All the committees suggested more than 25000 articles, but it's the chairman consised it to 385 articles. For the questions for the reasons for consising or the deletion of several Articles that were so complex, Ambedkar gave a wonderful and matured reply, particularly regarding Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy. Take the risk of reading the deliberations. I quit because, U are not aware of that deleberations.

Lolz Lawyers would never criticize it because if the constitution is fool proof they wouldnt have anything to misinterpret and half of them would ultimately lose jobs ...
and if our constitution is so great then why did we need to amend it dozens of times?

I deliberately, intentionally withdraw from the topic relating to THE FORMATION OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION. IT"S BETTER.
It's not only Structure, but functions made Indian Constitution..and the head of all that functions was nothing but the chairman of the Drafting Committee.
U kept the chairmen of various committes in the Constituent Committee...but who alloted their functions to them? Have U read it anywhere?

Chairman in the Drafting Committe was not a rubber stamp! Despite there were several stalwarts in the Constituent Assembly, newly Drafting Committee was formed, and made Mr.Ambedkar as its chairman.
