It's only unconditional love shets tears with emotions even during pains, leave alone at love. The relevance of this quote, "Love begins by loving yourself first! Then only unconditional love results.", is if I love myself well, I can sacrifise the self too in total. If both do the same, that will be the best of all the Love.

correct sir,
if u cant love urself, then how can u love others.
and one more issue, people say love gives u pain, yes, conditional and selfish love gives you pain.
But unconditional and unself love always gives happiniess.
we humans are not in a state to experince that love, we are egoistic and narrow minded, we start loving unconditionally, but once we are in love fortunately or unfortunately start imposing conditions one after another.
The calssic example for that is as follows,
the guy cant digest if his girl talks to a guy and even the girl also cant control herself when the guy talks with another girl

Everything is balanced in life, who balances it is a great mystery!
Love/hatred, happiness/sorrow, richness/poverty, pleasure/pain, goes on and on
What matters is how you treat these changing patterns, accept the reality and move along in pursuit of your life goals! :-)
