Madhu, This thread was open to discuss the way the Law & Police dealt with these two cases. How was KS treated and how was MN treated in front of the so called "chattam". The relation b/w these two is, actually no relation. The similarity is they represent communities. One represents the evil community and another represents good community. Hope your doubt is clarified. And there are no other big lawyers, except one, who knows every thing about every thing.

There are many lawyers on discussion board being aware of many legal procedures and codes. Stiil the confusion remains what is this KS vs MN ?? What is the relation between these two ????

Hi Anu :) you got to correcdt your self that the court never said that he is involved. court only said that the evidency is enough to support for filing and get warrant to question him. the evidence is only saying that there is motive. And the evidence is to support enough to questio the sheer on the motive, not involvement.

hi anu :) media comes later. but before that govt is liable? Other than putting in jailthey could have done the questionary in th ashram also. then the damage might have been less. editorials in nakkiran paper are liable. but other than that media is ok. only the govt is liable, because police has taken all kinds of precaustions to save thier ass. Govt also should have taken their ass. hello VV even saiva and vaishNava's fight also mostly in tamil naadu. In that case christiana also have catholics and protestents. some catholics see protestents and untouchables.

Civils war occur in various countries between Shias and Sunnis. When there is a fight for the resources, livelihood and identify....if it has given religous colour...no section of religion is immune from infighting.
