Please dont get me wrong if my comments are pinning anyone, i dont intend to do that but I just want to express my opinion here.
In my view, ppl are so used to comfort levels, that they are very very nearer to laziness.
Instead of posting the queries here, if they have done some googling, they would have been in a position where they can answer some of the queries.
I saw ppl spending their whole lot of time here chatting and discussing all the useless stuff after posting a request in some techy needs.
Ample resources are there over net and it depends upon how u use them... For lazy people, the readymade FAQ docs in several technologies and tools are also readily available for downloads. All you need to do is some searching...
No Pain No gain....If you want to get everything without any of your own efforts...Guess you need all the luck in the world....
Anyways Good Luck to the aspirants and Warm appreciations to the Helping hands.

Here i am Sharing some of my views about Testing Interviews or entering to testing job.
1.Most of the companies are implementing manual Process only.No need to worry about Automation tools.Try google "winrunner Faq's"
"Software Testing".
2.Clearly Understand the System and Functionality.
3.Depend up on the domain,Try to Get some basic Knowledge.
4.Daily write manual TestCases.
5.In every system Writing test cases three differnt ways.
1.Navigation: if u select something it wiil goes to some other screen,or it will display wizard or Dialog box or some action.
2.Validation:U can validate text or check boxex boxes with black box techniques
3.Functionality cases ,depend up on the FS.
6.Learn about Defect tracking tools clearly like test director.
Write good bug report Like
Isolation of the bug
Reproduce the steps.
Comments.
7.Good Information Available in Sqa tester.com
5.Learn about the Documents using in Quality Like
Functional specification
Bug report
Status Repeort
Weekly status reports.
Learn each and every thing clearly.
8.Know about Inspections,Reviews and mettings
9.Learn Excel and word and PPts.
10.Know Functional Terms in every language.
11.Learn About congiguration management,Quality process,Metrics.
