I have one doubt… my cousin has got an abroad offer. They are asking him to report imm in a week’s time as it’s an urgent requirement. He agreed for that as he was trying to come out.
Now he has 3 days with him. So is it fine if he takes leave in the current company and come off to join new. Later he will resign through mail.
Or will this be a problem in his career..if this big MNC puts him in black list and created problem for absconding employees?
It shows he cannot take official relieving from this office immediately..as 2 months is the notice.
He was asking me for the advise….i thought TP would be a place to get information/advise on certain situations.
Any opinions advises for such
