| Going by the literal meaning of freedom of speech, can anybody dare to write a book without any proper ground work ?
//NO. It's just impossible. Writing and publishing a book implies that is going to be a Public Activity. That book is going to be available to anybody. It means the author and publisher are willing to putforth their attitude before the system and ready to face the criticism.
Is it not mere commonsense that writing a BOOK is an intelligent work & PUBLISHING is an equally respectful job ?
//No. But they may face leval issues, if the publication offends sentiments.
Can anybody venture blindly to write a book without understanding the basic phonetics of their own language ?
//May be. Many times. Phonetics and Phonemics are irrelevent, while writing some kind of books when they are not books of literary activity. Many struggle to express their own thoughts in their own language, quite often they fail. Many times, the meaning will be misquoted what they thought of expressing.
Can anybody use words like "We didn't know that...", "We hear that...", "Probably....." etc ? while trying to write the book-of-the-millennium ?
..
NOBODY NEEDS TO BE WORRIED THAT THIS DISCUSSION IS GOING TO PROMOTE HIS BOOK. IT'S A FALSE PERCEPTION. HIS READERSHIP IS MEAGRE. I KNOW IT CLEARLY. Dr.KATTI PADMARAO IS BETTER THAN Dr.KANCHA ILAYAIAH. BETTER TO READ Dr.KATTI PADMARAO INSTEAD OF Dr.K.ILAYAIAH.

I am happy that Mr. Ilaiah has not advised to read out Vatsayana Kamasutra, as a remedy to the above.

I read his 'Why I am not a Hindu', his English Version. I have respect about his effort to raise his voice irrespective of facing criticisms, but not over the stuff he has written....
