U mentioned one of ur post that there will be a demand for seperated state from districts if Telangana is formed...
1. Howmany districts in ur Andhra have been formed as states or demanded for state...after formation of Andhra state from Madhras..
2. How many districts in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Jharkhand, Gujarath, Maharashtra (from bombay state,,Vidarbha was not inpart of Bombay) and chattisghar have been formed or demanded for a state.......
3. All of the above states were new state when they are created or seperated from others states.....but there was no disintegrarion or demand for new state within the state...as they have geographic, social , cultural and histric commonness.....But Telangana was seperate state and culturally united in former Hyderabad state.....it has geographical and socio econoic situations and historical commonness....so u need not to woory about the disintegration of Telangana......
4. U may wary abt the integration of Andhra (am talking about state level integration ...) and u want Telangana to be in AP to protect in Andhra integrity.....But it is proved that its not all benificiary to Telangana region....so try to find alternatives to unite ur Andhra region....
5. Regarding father of Telangana.....if Pooti sriramulu fought for Andhra state and the violance in Madras state for formation of Andhra is justified.....Justified in every state syllavus text books....why our 369 Telangana martyres and the demand for Telangana state is not justified......
If there was no obstacle for formation of Andhra state (which was not a sepereate state ever before but part in Madras from last 300 years)..whats is the obstacle to form Telangana state which was merged in Andhra against the wishes of Telangana ppl and against the recommandation and above all the aggreements while formation have been violated.....
Try to repect others views....don't try to colonise your views in the name of unity....try to avoid ur regionalism (or so called linduism) in the name of unity of Telugu....
Its ironic that mentioning Telugu jati.....Telugu desam or getting seperate identity for Telugu ....these all are not part of ragionalism or linguism....but trying to get self identity for Telangana in India.....having state in india and protecting Telangana diversity within Indian unity and opposing internal colonisation (within the limits of state level opprtunities)...is potaried as regionalism.....

There is discripency in water sharing in the STate. But it is nationa issue not all the rivers are properly shared in India. In Telangana region, the construction of dams is not possible as that of other regions particularly coastal region.
Boss....Only state govts are officail bodies before tribunal....it can allot the water between states but not within state....
1.Its a national issue when its bwn states.
2. State govt is the solo responsible for the utilization of water in the state...
try o know that..
Regarding your second point...please examine the irrigation facilities in Haryana, Karnataka and Maharashtra.....where they cud successfully irrigated their lands even the altitude is higher than river....The only thing in Andhra Pardesh...lacking of commitiment towards Telangana projects.....If ur comments are correct...How Nizam cud succesfull to construct Nizam Sagar and How Sriram sagar phase 1 is constructed ....

1. You were talking about Osey Ramulamma and success of Osey Ramulamma in Andhra region.....its a socio fantasy movie with a focus on poor ppl in anahra pradesh and Telangana slang might have used sometimes in Movies...U r giving credit to andhra ppl as they have made it success....Please answer my question...
1. What about the success of Alluri Sitaramaraju , Sardarpaparayud, palanati yuddam and other movies success in Telangana which are concentrated on andhra and issue there...
2. Telangana ppl recieved with their good heart and made success of many Andhra films and even its not relevent to Telangana ppl..
3. But there are very films on Telangana historions or issues....but no film succeded in Andhra region....Maa Bhoomi,Telangana,Daasi and other movies ....
4. Recently no distributor in Andhra region came forward to take rights in Andhra region...even its runnning succesfully in Telangana and the films is about the social conditions in telangana once upon a time..nothing political.......
Thats the greatness of Andhra ppl in recieving Telangana culture...basically narrow minded ......can't accept others culture but try colonise their culture on others....
Do u want for that...Telangana shd be in AP....

One may ask for Separate Statehood. The POliticians may ask for it to call themselves or to brand themselves as 'Father of Telangana'. And may brainwash the masses in support of their motif. But there are lot of factors that must be considered by Central Government i.e. the future of the State and it's wellhood. To do so, the expenditure incurred over the administration, revenue, loss of revenue, gains from other sectors, splitting of existing commonn infrastructure etc. Central Government has to look for various alternatives.

In Telangana region, the construction of dams is not possible as that of other regions particularly coastal region. Because Telangana region is at higher elevation(Plateau). Under these conditions, seperation means isolation also. Isolation could be terrible.

Let the Telangana movement became mass movement by the masses but the elive sections! Let the leaders come from the downtrodden. Till date, the participation of women is not upto the mark in the movement. Unless the women participatition is at least 50%, the movement will not sustain.

ఇక్కడ వాచస్పతిగారి అభిప్రాయాలు నన్ను రాసేలా/స్పందించేలా పురికొల్పాయి.ఈచర్చలు మంచివే ఐనా ఆ.ప్ర. ఏర్పడిన తొలి రోజుల్లో జరిగివుంటే బాగుండే దేం.మీరంతా చాతుర్యంతో ఎన్ని వాదనలు చేసినా లోతులను,వాటి వెనకాల ఉండే అర్ధాలను,గుప్తామైన ఉద్దేశాలను మా తెలంగాణవాళ్ళలో చాలా మందే అర్ధంచేసుకోగలుగుతున్నారు.ఇక అసలు చర్చలోకివెళ్దాం.
1.బ్రిటీష్ వాడు పాలించిన అన్నిప్రాంతాల్లోను 'డాక్త్రిన్ఆఫ్లాప్స్' సిద్ధంతం ఉండింది. కాని తెలంగాణవాళ్ళలో మాత్రమే 'బాంచెన్ కాల్మొక్తా అనే సంస్క్రుతి ఉన్నదెందుకు? ఎందుకంటే వందల సంవత్సరాలు పరాయివాళ్ళ పాలనలో,ఫ్యూడల్ వ్యవస్థలో మరియు భాషేతరుల అణచివేతలో మా తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళు అణగారిపోయారు.అంతకుముందే అణగారిపోయిన మమ్మల్ని మీరు వచ్చి ఉద్ధరిస్తారని ఆశ్పడి కొందరు మా తెలంగాణా నాయకులు ఒకేరాష్ట్రంగా ఉండడానికి ఒప్పుకున్నారు.ఉద్ధరించటమటుంచి 'ముక్కుకోసినా ముందటి మొగడే నయం'అనేచందంగా ఇంతగాలం (అంటే మీవారి 53 ఏళ్ళ పాలన)ఉండింది.అంతకుముందటి పరాయి పాలనే మంచిదనుకునే స్థితికి మా తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళు వచ్చారంటే మీవారిపాలన ఎంతగొప్పగా ఉందో మీరే అంచనావేసుకోండి.
2.మా ఉద్యోగాలు,నీళ్ళు,నిధులు కోరడం అభివ్రుద్ధికాకపోతే మరేది అభివ్రుద్ధో తమరే చెప్పండి.బావులను,చెరువులను ,వాగులు ఎండగొట్టి,ప్లాట్లుచేసి భూగర్భ జలాలు లేకుండ చేసి ,ప్రాజెక్టులలో మా వాటా నీళ్ళు మా భూములకు రాకుండ చేసి ,మంచినీళ్ళకు గూడ దిక్కులేకుండ చేసి ఇవేవి లేకునండనే అభివ్రుద్ధిచేస్తమంటే నమ్మమంటారు.నీళ్ళలో,నిధులలో,ఉద్యోగాల్లో మావాటాలు మాకివ్వకుండా దోశడు నీళ్ళు మామొఖాన గొట్టి ,44 శతంగా ఉండాల్సిన నిధుల్లో ,ఉద్యోగాల్లో మావాటా 9 లేక 10 శాతానికిపడిపోతే మీమేధావులు,విధ్యావంతులు ఎప్పుడైనా ఆలోచించారా? మమ్మల్ని దోచుకుంటున్న వాళ్ళకు వత్తాసు పలకడం,మీ ప్రాంతపు ప్రజలకు దొంగలెక్కలు చెప్పిరెచ్చగొట్టడం అటువంటివాళ్ళు చేయదగ్గ పనేనా? రాష్ట్ర సెక్రెటేరియట్లో 5000 మంది ఉద్యోగులుంటే తెలంగాణా వాళ్ళు 500 మందే ఎందుకున్నారు ? ఆ 500 ల మందిలో కూడా క్లర్కులు,ద్రైవర్లు,చప్రాసీలేనా? రాష్ట్ర అధికార చక్రంతిప్పేది ఈసెక్రెటేరియట్ కాదా? ఇందులోకి జొర్రిన (జొరబడిన) వాళ్ళంతా అన్ని ప్రామాణికాలతోనే ఏరికమండేషన్లు,అధికారం తోడులేకుండా,రూల్స్ మార్చకుండా(తిమ్మిని బమ్మిని చెయ్యకుండా) చేరిన వారేనా? మీతో ,మీరాజకీయ విన్యాసాలతో వేగలేం ,వేరుకాకుండా మావేవీ మేము దక్కించుకోలేం అని స్థిరమైన నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చే మా రాష్ట్రం మాకు పునరుద్ధరించమని ఉద్యమంచేస్తున్నాం.ఐతే ఇంకా మా రాజకీయ నాయకులెందరో రాష్ట్రాధికారంలోపాలు పంచుకుంటున్నారు కనుకే తెలంగాణ రావడంలో ఆలస్యమౌతున్నది.ఇంకా తెలివి, చైతన్యం రావాల్సిన ప్రజలు చాలానే ఉన్నారు.ఉద్యమం ఇంకా కొనసాగిన పిదప తెలంగాణవేరైతేనే బాగుంటది.

The real Telangana Movement yet to come to phase out the basic structure imbalances in all the areas. To do so, an 'Enlightenment' movement is needed, not Seperate State like.
