| this is purely for bachelor's........families try it at their own risk......
steam boil the chicken with pudina(leaves) and lemon......
mix the masala (assuming all are packaged masala)and apply in on the steamed pieces.....and fry it in oil for 5-8 min.....
everything ready in and no upset stomach's....and no need to curb the desires for weeks together

you need
potato
tuna fish can
chillies
onion
ginger
olive oil extra virgin
boil 2 potatoes. Mash them and combine with a small tin of tuna fish, lots of green chillies and very finely chopped small onion and ginger. Add lots of extra virgin olive oil while mashing.
Make bread crumbs by running crisply toasted bread (1 day old prferably. toast and leave in oven overnight) in a food processor. make small vada shaped cakes, pat into bread crumbs and fry on either side in olive oil or any veggies oil. stick into burger buns with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
i can promise you a great tase ...but i cannot promise low calories!!!
