/How is life in USA?/ Hectic, mechanical usually. Enjoyable occassionally (from what i heard from friends) Posted by: Amrapaali At: 16, Nov 2005 3:39:16 PM IST -------------------- Vijaya, I dont think it would justify if you judge without experiencing it. I too had different thoughts about US until I came here! It is not hectic, actually we have more free time here, no running around govt. offices, buildings and banks to get the things done, most of it can be done over the phone or online. There is more free time if you manage your time well. Also, 'mechanical' part is everywhere, India lo kuda we have routine life right? The major difference is the relatives, culture, festivals and my favourite ragda-chat and mirch bajji on the road-side bandi! :-) Sagar, Howz life in USA and Vizag-sailing related? Am I missing something?

My Life Ship has been sailing very smooth for the past 11 years in US. I strongly believe in the saying 'Never trouble TROUBLE until TROUBLE troubles you'. :)

Life in US is very good if it is organized and has a certain level of discipline. The best part is sky is the limit. The sad part is I miss home(but that's ok, to gain some you should loose some) :)

Indians in US complain about the life and culture and still live there 1.)to earn money. 2.)so that their parents can boast that their son/daughther is living in US. I have been to the US several times and am really sick of people(indians), telling me that life is n't good.

hmm... nizame, sanskruthi anedi manam vunde pradesam lo kanna, mana lo undatam mukhyam, but pradesaniki antu oka moola sanskruthi undatam avasaram. i dont believe that indian culture is best (there are a lot of bad things about it) or that american culture is worst (there are some good things about it). there should be an exchange of cultures between us and the place, that is the way to grow. as far as culture in US is concerned it is not rich. it just a patch-work of several different cultures, in that sense it is not preferable for 'exchange' purposes... gee... lol... did anyone get me?
