Lateral-Thinking Puzzles ---------------------------- continued... 7. She did this in such a way that neither of the boys could touch the other. How did she manage to do this? 8. A man was born before his father, killed his mother and married his sister. Yet he was considered normal by all those who knew him. How come? Hints: He was born after his father was, did not murder his mother and did not commit incest. 9. It was reported in the paper that Smith Jones had married his widow's sister. How did he do this? There was no bigamy involved and no life after death. 10. A deaf-and-dumb man went into a subway. He walked up to the cashier's booth and gave the cashier a dollar. The subway tokens cost 40 cents each. The cashier gave the man two tokens. Not a word was said, nor any sign given. * Posted by: Myrtle At: 29, Sep 2005 5:14:40 AM IST * I thought of Conservationist/Conversationist n since I could not find "Conversationist" in "Webster" thought it does not go there...so was really thinking the right answer could be "Preservationist & <its anagram, if one exist>"
