Partha garu, I am getting real busy these days because of fiscal year end. Further my project is ending by June. So I am coming so infrequently.
I will see that dumb cherades link, but i have to leave for another meeting in 5 minutes.

New Jersey Govt actually passed a law to discourage outsourcing jobs to India. It even paid the difference of cost to one company which works for Govt, so that the call center of the company is brought back to NJ. I do not remember the name of company.
There is a new union called WASHTECH, (see homepage www.washtech.org), which tries to fight outsourcing to India. Surprisingly this has many green card holders from India.

Yeah..this guy is supposed to train his counterpart in India but one good thing is that the blame is not on Indians but on the system, but we never know how the reaction would be from the other people!
