hi, i personally dont think "fools" fall in love because if love was meant for "fools" then mostly everyone on earth would be a fool. but love is a like a gift of god granted to those people who are blessed with good deeds.
i think that this question has probably arised in your mind because you might have never fallen in love. i dont mean to offend you but this is my opinion regarding to what you have asked.

Technically, there is a ast difference in the way men and women fall in love
Women fall in loe first at the emotional leel
Men in fall in love at the physical level

I'am very sure.. this world is just filled with fools.. young fools, old fools, wise fools, great fools, foolish fools, T.P fools and sooo ooonnnn....
