| If husband and wife share the responsiblities ,then no need for women to sacrifice the career.Temporary situational sacrificies r fine ..but women doesnt require to give up her career forever to care of family.

I feel family is more important, Since women has so much of patience that she can make ur home. First priority should always be given to family then next would be career.

Both should synchronise equally since without job no value for her & no family means no life.
