vijnaanaM ---- mOkshaparaSaastramaMdu kaligina buddhi
jnaanaM ------- telusukOvaTamu
All these are sanskrit dictionary meanings.
my intrepretation is
mOkshaparaSaastramaMdu buddhi tO parabrahmanni telusukOvaTamu
parabrahmanni telusukOvaTamu ?
parabrahmma means oneness.equality.

We all know in a desert it's difficult to survive a human being or plants ( very delicate)
One time God giving gifts to everyone; One side of the earth covered by desert. The other side with all natural resources like rivers, mountains, canals, plants, flowers.
There are two groups to select their choice of land. They have given time to discuss and come to an agreement. Upon toss the first group has to identify their choice so they choose desert. Naturally second group got good agriculture land.
Reasons for selecting desert:
"We will work hard to make this desert into a living place with all greenary". That's the reason in this desert today everything is there and somany roses; Ofcourse unbelieveble few decades back.
Ofcourse the land choosen by the second group turned into desert after years spend.

The rapid development and industrialization caused the europe & the west to make more & more dairy products which is strongly supported by the electrical power & refrigiration.
Dairy products occupy 30% of sales in almost every supermarket including:
1. Cheese ( ofcourse lot of varities )
2. Butter
3. Yougurt
4. Icecream
5. Milk
Cheese is widely used item for breakfast with bread(any roti that baked in a oven).
Our breakfast (masal dosa, sambar) still more spicy compared to lunch and dinner.
Indian community heading away from dairy products and leading towards to spice world. The reason may be rice.
Every one believes food is one such item need to suit the climatic conditions; We observe that in the middle east tamrind is almost replaced by a lemon.
Their consumption of dairy products much higher compared to south asia even though the climatic conditions are still hot than the middle east.
