The fundamental aspect to be looked into while forming a spearate state is whether it is going to be socially, politically , economically and culturally a viable entity. As an exmaple, a small village cant demand for a separate state as it cant be viable on the ground that it cant have the muscle to bear the expenditure for complete administration set up, it cant have a adequate supporting base for separate cultural existence, it cant have a sufficient etsablishment in respect of communication, transportation, electric power etc. infratsructur requirements which require huge manpower deployment and economic outlay. Looking at people's aspirations and requirements, generally illegitimate demands like separate state for a village , separate nation for a district cant happen as they clealry cant satisfy the basic criterion, whcih peple also get aware of. Therefore, imagining the similar demand in awkward shape is not rational. If it satisfies aforesaid basic criterion and if the facts and figures support that the existing set up has not met people's expectations, then there is a case for separation. Separation is always a painful process not just because of the new existence, new circumstantial situations and new establishment which are perceivably uncertain but beacuse of the resistance from the interested political and economic forces of the other entity who try to induce people's minds with established base less notions, whcih are largely correlated to middle class section, by taking advantage of political immaturity of the people.
PS: chaalaa lenghty gaa cheppaDamloa uddaeSyam is only trying to adddress various concerns possible, still i feel which are left out to an extent. And the intention is to address a serious reader. so hopefully no place for ' public toilet people' ( who generally use the site like a public toilet with passive participation and with all sleazy Babu Mohan comedy ... :)) ika naa ee parsanal feelings meeda kaaka...pai paeraalloa aem charchinchaamoa charchistae santoashistaa. i donno anything abt this separation of telangana and all...
i just wan to post in my views on this topic...
well,i agree that people from Coastal Andhra are comin all the way to Hyd to settle their lives. and this is a reason for scarcity of jobs in Hyd for telangana people...so is tht necessary to divide Telangana from AP n declare it as a separate state?
instead, u can levy tax on the coastal Andhra people who r comin to Telangana region. the same is done is Maharashtra. this not only develops Telagana's infrastructure but also helps people to rethink b4 comin to Hyd.
and i completely agree with Yenki garu, tht everything will b imported right from salt. why shud telangana people pay tax? let it be Andhra people who pay tax. y shud telangana people suffer?

Good Idea man, now we shud encourage our politicians to divide india into 150 states or more than that it possible, becoz, according to spme people, it will be easy to govern small states rather than Big states
