Good points and questions.
Here every one is trying maximum their level to reason out their happenings.
logical questions
1) As you questined? That is it not possible that swamiji might have done?-- that's what every media evidence is saying. you are taking that side. no regrets.
2) we are questions the media evidences against swamiji?
Our question is Who and how will they pay the punitive damages of dharma? -- in case evidences against swamiji is wrong?
When there is stake like this unrecoverable image. you should handle the case in low profile. You shouldn't make it high profile.
As it comes in the media if the evidances can't stand to the trail. Who is liable for the damage?
Lets take your side if the evidence are good they can take him anytime. no case can be broke out like this. The only reason showing is the he can flee out of country.
if that is the case they could have caught him in the air. they can if needed.
here the media and evidences are showing that the deeds of Ashram are showing under swamiji personal things.
When stakes go high liability should also go high? Here in swamiji's case who is liable?
