Posted by: Mr. Aandhrudu At: 24, Jul 2005 0:30:14 AM IST Day after day the autrocities aganist women are increasing in not only in Delhi but in whole India,it is really heart rending, all these happenings are recurring due to improper laws and punishments to the culprits, each and every offender escaping in the shadow of buracracy enforced by mone power. The Supreme law protecting court has never took pains to punish the culprits in a severe manner so these incidents are go on recurring due to lack of proper punishments
this type of happenings should be condemened by whole world and should make sufficient laws internationally.

Posted by: Mrs. shaloo At: 23, Jul 2005 10:14:00 PM IST National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reports that Delhi is one among top three states in India where incidence of crime against women is high. The recent incident in which a pregnant woman was abducted and gang-raped had yet again proved how unsafe the national capital is for women. The statistics reveal that more than 350 rape cases have been registered this year alone. Authorities blame it on youth being influenced by the spate of soft porn films on big screens and TV channels. Media reports suggest that not much progress is being made in nabbing the culprits despite several complaints. "Delhi is dangerous for women no doubt. What is more dangerous is the callous attitude of the authorities," said Annie Raja, chief of the Communist Party of India's women's wing. As authorities those responsible blame one another, the woes of women in this crime capital continues. Comment.
