| When I read about telugupeople.com and their rules and regulations I felt very happy because this is the dais where people can communicate ,share their ideas ,problems in a decent way.
Absence of response to the filthy stimulus can be a probable solution for this problem-- -as already pointed by Mrunaaliniji.

There are many people like aamrappaliji,mrunaliniji,murthyji,bhaskarji,sakthiji,sureshji,sriradhaji,rahulji,priyaji,sirivennelaji,r raoji,vachaspatiji,recently joined sharmaji,cluelessji,shehaji ,kallurijiand many more.
As far as my discussions with them they never crossed their limitations and are very decent and well mannered in their approach.
Making this dias as my personal comment desk I'm very thankful to them and I wish it will continue further.
