I think the syrenges are safe after 3 minutes of coming into contact with human blood since the blood clots within 3 minutes.
More over, I believe atleast 10 ml of blood needs to be transfused from one body to another if AIDS were to be transmitted.
However, the main reason for AIDS infection in India is unsafe physical relationships (Due to illiteracy)

I don’t think those are the reasons to keep India on 2nd rank in AIDS
The main reason is lack of awareness in sex and the legitimacy.
In Amsterdam prostitution is government’s main revenue
That country is AIDS free according to WHO.

India is the leading country (2nd in the world after south africa) in AIDS , with 5.1 millions ppl living with AIDS.
It cant be eradicated till they r totally aware of the consequences.
