BTW, the gov should be able to retain Civil/electrical/mechanical/ core engineers in the core engg fields in its research labs for the reasons I already mentioned in my previous posts.That is the main concern here..core engineers working in non core sectors and gov not being able to retain them.That is the gist of the problem.Shall I have to repeat agin it fot the umpteenth time?!
LIke I said before people who dont have concerns about our nation's technological furture and it being not able to become a superpower can never appreciate the discussion here.
